President & CEO
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Gateway Financial, David J. Malone has 30 years of insurance industry experience, having earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Allegheny College, in addition to a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) degree and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) degree from The American College at Bryn Mawr. Mr. Malone is a member of various industry associations and is heavily involved in the community on local, regional, and state levels. Mr. Malone serves as Chairman of the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board, is a member of the Allegheny Conference on Community Development's Executive Committee, and is also on the Board of Directors of FNB Corporation, the Western PA Surgery Center, The Technology Collaborative, YouthPlaces, Boy Scouts of America, and the Multiple Sclerosis Society. In addition, he is a Trustee of Robert Morris University and the Jewish Healthcare Foundation.

Principal
Anthony M. Perricelli graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a BS Degree in Industrial Engineering and earned a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) degree from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. With over 29 years experience in the insurance industry Mr. Perricelli has been a frequent speaker at industry seminars and has served on a number of insurance company advisory boards to include M Financial Group, an elite network of insurance service organizations producing highly specialized and proprietary products and services to the high net-worth and corporate marketplace. Mr. Perricelli's professional associations include Advanced Association of Life Underwriters and Legislative Circle, a prestigious national organization whose mission is to monitor, develop and present legislation and regulation in the areas of advanced life underwriting, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, Society of Financial Service Professionals, and Pittsburgh Estate Planning Council. In the community Mr. Perricelli serves on the Board of Directors of the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg, Bucknell University's Parents Advisory Board and the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America.

Beth Lang, CLU
Principal & Chief Operating Officer
Beth Lang, Principal of Gateway Financial and Chief Operating Officer, holds a BS degree in Mathematics from Pennsylvania State University, a Masters of Business Administration from Duquesne University and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) from The American College at Bryn Mawr. Ms. Lang entered the life insurance profession with Gateway Financial over 25 years ago following a six-year career as a high school mathematics and computer science teacher. Ms. Lang is frequently invited to speak at industry seminars on topics ranging from wealth transfer and executive benefit plan designs to the operational efficiencies of insurance firms. Ms. Lang has been published in the Journal of Accountancy, Best's Review and Estate Planning. Ms. Lang's professional associations include: The Advanced Association of Life Underwriters and Legislative Circle, Pittsburgh Life Underwriters and Pittsburgh Chapter of CLU. Ms. Lang is the Vice-Chair and Treasurer of the PA Lawyer's Fund for Client Security and is a Member of the PA Supreme Court Investment Advisory Board.

Samuel S. Zacharias holds a BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU) degree and a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) degree from The American College at Bryn Mawr. Mr. Zacharias has over 33 years experience in the insurance industry. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors - Pittsburgh Chapter, Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh, and a member and past President of the Society of Financial Service Professionals. Over the past 24 years, Mr Zacharias has been an active fund-raiser for Children's Hospital and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center through the Andy Russell Golf Classic. He is the past President of the University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association and is currently a Trustee at the University of Pittsburgh. He also serves as Vice Chairman of Economics Pennsylvania.

Mr. Zacharias is past President of the Board of The Cancer Caring Center of Pittsburgh and an active board member and officer of several other public service organizations.
