Allison joined the Gateway Team in October of 2018, coming from a background of managing mornings in a fast-paced coffee shop. As the Executive Assistant to Gateway’s Chairman and CEO, she provides administrative support and is responsible for scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, drafting and proofreading emails and correspondence, and managing an extensive travel schedule. Allison also prioritizes and organizes the Chairman & CEO’s substantial civic involvement and plays a Partnership Administrator role in numerous non-insurance business investments and projects.

Allison lives in Polish Hill with her partner, Steve, and their retired racing greyhound, Isabelle. Outside of work, she dedicates a large amount of her time to developing her illustration skills. She also enjoys participating in her historical fencing club, taking hikes in local parks, and visiting with friends near and far. Fun fact: Allison studied abroad in Stirling, Scotland.
